This Privacy Policy explains how Droid Infinity ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use the Health Infinity — Health & Fitness Tracker mobile application (the "App") on Android and any related services (together, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide
- Account details — your name and email address when you sign in with Google to back up and sync your data.
- Profile & health inputs — information you enter into the App, such as age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, calorie and food logs, water intake, sleep, heart rate readings, activities and workouts, medication reminders, and other health and wellness metrics.
- Purchase information — when you buy Health Infinity PRO, your purchase is processed by Google Play Billing; we receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status but not your full payment card details.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact support or send feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, unique device and advertising identifiers, app version, language, and crash logs.
- Usage data — features used, screens viewed, session length, and interactions, used to improve the App.
- Sensor data — step and motion data from your device's activity sensors (pedometer/accelerometer) for the step counter and challenges, and device sensors used by the automatic sleep tracker.
- Camera input — used in real time to measure your heart rate via the camera and flash; these camera frames are processed to calculate your heart rate and are not stored or transmitted.
- Location data — GPS location while you record a GPS-based activity (walking, running, cycling) to calculate route, distance, pace, and calories.
2Health & Sensitive Data
Health Infinity processes health and fitness information that you provide or that is gathered through your device's sensors and connected services. We treat this information as sensitive and handle it with additional care.
- We collect health data only to provide the App's features — tracking your activity, weight, calories, water, sleep, heart rate, and medication, and showing your progress.
- We do not sell your health data.
- We do not use your health data for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- You can review, edit, export, or delete your health data from within the App at any time, or by contacting us.
3How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its tracking features.
- To personalize your experience and track your goals and progress.
- To sign you in, and to back up and sync your data across devices and with Google Fit.
- To process and manage Health Infinity PRO purchases and subscriptions.
- To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- To display advertising in the free version of the App.
- To diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve performance and reliability.
- To send reminders and service-related notifications you have enabled.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent — for processing health data and any optional features; you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Services you request, including PRO subscriptions.
- Legitimate interests — to improve and secure the App, where not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — where processing is required by law.
5Device Permissions
The App requests the following Android permissions. You can grant or revoke them at any time in your device settings; some features may not work without them.

Consistent with our Google Play Data safety disclosure, this may include app activity, app performance information, and device or other identifiers.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent — when you ask us to share information with a third party, such as syncing to Google Fit.
7Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information to function. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its use of data:
- Google Play Services & Google Fit — sign-in and health-data sync.
- Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — usage analytics and crash reporting.
- Google AdMob — advertising in the free version of the App.
- Google Play Billing — processing PRO purchases and subscriptions.

8Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored locally on your device and, where you enable sign-in or sync, on secure third-party cloud infrastructure. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
9Data Retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time; when you do, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
10Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Opt out of personalized ads through your device's Google advertising settings.

11Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12International Data Transfers
We are based in India, and your information may be processed and stored in India and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data during such transfers.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
